I started Findan Property Services as I was trying to find a supplier that could see the properties and clients in the same way I did. Having been a property manager for nearly 20 years and working in the building trade for 7 years prior to that, it comes naturally to me. Knowing what level of service is required, finishing touches, reporting to PMs and clients in the right way and taking care of the headaches they face day to day is something many contractors do not appreciate.
After long careers in the building industry and block management, it was time to use my skills and experiences and go out on my own… Findan was born.
The name comes from my two sons, Finlay and Daniel. This makes me very proud - after all, they are the reason I push myself every day.
We have the ability to carry out fire door inspections, routine checks on properties, small or large repairs, decorating and cleaning jobs. While constantly reporting back to the client regarding safety issues, maintenance items and anything that should be brought to their attention - we are not just your one-stop for block maintenance matters, we are the eyes and ears on the ground as well.
Findan Property Services is committed to providing excellent safety and maintenance solutions tailored for the block management industry. We are the proactive eyes and ears on the ground focussing on reliability, accountability and knowledge. We are ready to react to the maintenance and management needs of the block manager, building owner or responsible person. We take the weight off your shoulders wherever possible.
Quality of service - instant reporting; reports with clear information on findings and defects, details of remedial work needed for quoting purposes and any other issues found on site. We report to the client, whether that is the property manager, building owners and/or responsible persons with costs to remediate where necessary / required. These can be used to gather quotes from other suppliers, or to instruct Findan to resolve the issues directly.
